2 pounds pepper and salt chicken wings
Preheating the oven to 450 degrees.
In a large pot, combine salt with 2 quarts (8 cups) of water and heat to a boil.
After bringing water to a simmer, add the wings and simmer for eight minutes.
As the wings drain and dry, be sure to press them as well.
Bake the wings for 20 to 25 minutes on a greased baking sheet, then rotate and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. The skin ought to be golden and firm.
Serve warm with any desired warmed sauce, including buffalo, teriyaki, or barbecue.
