BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢1 tbsp olive oil ▢2 tbsp butter ▢1/2 cup hot sauce ▢1 tbsp salad seasoning mix McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning ▢2 heads romaine lettuce cut into small pieces ▢1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese plus 1 tbsp for garnish ▢croutons Bleu Cheese Ranch Dressing ▢1/2 cup mayonnaise ▢1/2 cup milk ▢1 1/2 tbsp ranch salad dressing mix ▢1/8 cup bleu cheese crumbles

Step - 1

To prepare vinaigrette, combine ranch mix, mayonnaise, and milk. After incorporating the bleu cheese, chill for 30 minutes.  

Melt the butter, chili sauce, and salad seasoning blend over low heat. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, making intermittent stirring. While retaining the hot sauce, remove the chicken and place it into the salad.  

Step - 2

The chicken mixture should be spread across the bottom sheet of buns. Completing the layering of the chicken mélange with the cheddar cheese.  

Step - 3

Combine the lettuce and ranch vinaigrette made with bleu cheese.  

Step - 4

Chicken pieces, croutons, and bleu cheese crumbs should be sprinkled on top. Serve without delay.
