Combine the following ingredients: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
Cream the butter and sugar together. Blend in the eggs and vanilla extracts thoroughly.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients thoroughly. Roll the dough that has been formed into 1 inch spheres in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Space two inches apart on a pastry sheet that has not been greased.
8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees is the baking time. (Approximately 3 to 4 dozen biscuits)
Once the cookies have cooled, melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave or over low heat in a small saucepan while whisking constantly.
Once completely melted, coat half of the cookie in the melted white chocolate, garnish with Christmas decorations, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Discard when secured.
