▢10 flour tortillas, 10 inch tortillas ▢½ cup butter, melted ▢⅓ cup sugar ▢2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Brush flour tortillas with butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Divide each tortilla in half-circle sections. Then, remove the tip and proceed to cut three additional triangles from the tortilla's apex.
Toast for eight to ten minutes, or until crisp. Complement with citrus salsa.
