Honey Mustard Chicken Skewers

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Ingredients

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 

1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over them.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is heated through and the sauce is thick and creamy.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
