Creamy Mushroom Cheese Dip

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the sautéed mushrooms and garlic to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.

Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until it's well incorporated into the dip mixture.

Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.

Transfer the creamy mushroom cheese dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers, breadsticks, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
