Easy Meatloaf Recipe

– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef – 1 onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup breadcrumb – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup ketchup – 2 eggs, beaten – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, beaten eggs, minced garlic.

Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Transfer the meat mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.

Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely browned.

Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve slices of meatloaf with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
