FRENCH TOAST MUFFINS RECIPE

1 cup whole milk ▢1/4 cup heavy whipping cream ▢2 tablespoons sugar ▢4 eggs ▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract ▢3/4 teaspoon cinnamon ▢1/4 teaspoon kosher sea salt ▢6 cups dried cubed bread (white, brioche, croissants or cinnamon raisin)

Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a muffin pan with 12 cups of cooking spray. 

Whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large basin.  

Step - 2

Toss the cubed bread into the egg mixture in a gentle manner. Pour one-half cup of the mixture into each well of the muffin.  

Step - 3

Create the topping by whisking together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium basin. By utilizing a pastry blender or your fingertips, pulverize the butter into particles the size of peas. The mixture should be sprinkled on top of the muffins.  

Step - 4

Bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Five minutes after removing from the oven, permit to chill before removing and serving.
