FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT RECIPE

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 9 crackers) ▢3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted ▢2 cups strawberries ▢1/3 cup sugar ▢1/4 cup orange juice ▢8 oz cream cheese softened ▢1 cup powdered sugar ▢2 cups heavy whipping cream whipped ▢whipped cream like cool whip

Ingredients

Step - 1

In a spring form pan, combine the fragments of graham crackers with the melted butter and stir until thoroughly combined. Apply even pressure to the underside and the sides.    

Strawberries, citrus juice, and sugar are blended until smooth. Aside; set aside.  

Step - 2

Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together using a hand mixer until homogeneous. The whisked heavy whipping cream and strawberry mixture should be folded in.  

Step - 3

Freeze until rigid, six to eight hours later.  

Step - 4

Served chilled, garnished with cool whip (whipped cream).
