Garlic Butter Salmon recipe

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each) 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges for serving

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat each one thoroughly.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Serve the garlic butter salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
