HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN RECIPE

▢¼ cup honey ▢3 tablespoons Dijon mustard ▢2 tablespoons whole grain mustard ▢2 cloves garlic, minced ▢4 small boneless and skinless chicken breasts ▢1 pound brussel sprouts, cut in half ▢1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into ½" rounds ▢2 tablespoons olive oil ▢salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

Step - 1

Garlic, honey, and mustards are combined in a large Ziploc bag. Utilize a massage cloth to thoroughly combine.   

Massage in chicken breasts to saturate the poultry. Place in the refrigerator for four to twenty-four hours.  

Step - 2

Glaze the oven at 375°F. Spread the prepared vegetables across a sizable, rimmed sheet pan.  

Step - 3

Combine salt and pepper with olive oil and drizzle. To coat, toss.  

Step - 4

Bake the chicken breasts that have been marinated for 25 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached, on the sheet pan.
