Place a liner or spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray for easy cleanup.
Rinse the ham under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern (optional). If using cloves, stud the ham by pushing them into the scored intersections.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and pineapple juice. Stir until well combined.
Place the ham in the prepared crockpot. Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure it's evenly coated. You can use a basting brush to spread the glaze evenly.
Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook the ham on low for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Baste the ham with the juices from the bottom of the crockpot every hour or so to keep it moist.
Once the ham is cooked through, transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy ham.
Slice the ham and serve it with the remaining glaze from the crockpot. Enjoy your delicious and easy crockpot ham!
