2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ▢2 tsp baking soda ▢1 cup brown sugar ▢1 cup creamy Peanut Butter ▢1 tsp vanilla extract ▢1 tsp salt ▢1 cup sugar ▢1 cup butter softened ▢2 eggs ▢1 bag Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
Preheat oven to 350°F.
On SLOW, combine all ingredients in a kitchen aid, excluding the Reese's, until thoroughly combined.
Place dough spheres, measuring 1 to 1ý inches in diameter, into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake for ten to eight minutes.
After removing the cookies from the oven, delicately press an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center of each one.
Let cool before removing from pan. ENJOY!
