1.5 pounds of round sirloin 1 minced clove of garlic Two quarters of a green capsicum, diced 2 tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 cup oil of olive 1/4 cup condiment soy Half a teaspoon sugar 1 1/4 cups beef broth or water-dissolved beef bouillon 2 tablespoons of cornmeal
Cut meat into segments against the grain. Brown the meat and garlic in a large sauce pan.
Add the peppers and tomatoes to the mixture. 1/2 cup of bouillon, soy sauce, peppercorns, sugar, and ginger should be added. Cook, covered, for twenty minutes.
Cornstarch is combined with the remaining bouillon. Combine this with the ground flesh. Bring to a boil, then simmer, agitating constantly, for two minutes.
While steaming rice is served.
