1/2 cup clarified butter 1/2 cup oil, vegetable 1 cup sugar brown One-cup sugar 2 eggs Three tablespoons flour, all-purpose One teaspoon of baking powder One teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon salt One teaspoon of vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon almond powder 1 bag of chocolate chips for Christmas 1 cup peppermint extract from Andes Peppermint Crunch Pieces (optional)
Turn the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the butter, oil, and sugars in a mixing bowl.
Eggs should be incorporated and beaten until airy.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt thoroughly in a separate basin. Mix in with the moist ingredients thoroughly.
Almond extract, chocolate chips, peppermint crisp pieces, and vanilla should be incorporated (one teaspoon of additional peppermint extract may be added for a stronger peppermint flavor). Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
