In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed, then sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, seared steak slices, sautéed onion, and bell pepper. Add the beef broth and half of the shredded provolone cheese. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese over the top of the casserole. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
