POPCORN CHICKEN RECIPE

▢2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed ▢2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1 cup buttermilk ▢1 cup panko crumbs ▢pepper ▢vegetable oil

Ingredients

Step - 1

Place 1 to 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium heat in a saucepan.  

Flour and garlic salt should be combined in a small basin. In an additional small basin, combine buttermilk. Add the panko crumbs to a third small receptacle. Arrangement of the three dishes in a row.  

Step - 2

Before proceeding with the buttermilk, coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Subsequently, coat them in the panko crumbs. Ensure that each chicken piece is coated with each ingredient on all sides.  

Step - 3

Position a paper towel adjacent to the hot oil on a plate by the burner.  

Step - 4

Introduce the chicken segments into the hot oil in batches. Fry for three to four minutes, or until golden brown, per side. When the pieces are done, remove them from the oil using tongs and position them on a plate lined with paper towels.  

Step - 5

Warm before garnishing with a preferred dipping condiment.
