SALSA VERDE RECIPE

1 (28-ounce) can tomatillos (about 15) drained ▢½-⅔ cup sugar ▢1 small bunch fresh cilantro ▢2-3 tablespoons diced jalapeño

Ingredients

Step - 1

Blend or pulverize all ingredients in a blender until the desired consistency is achieved.  

Add more jalapeños for a spicier flavor, or more sugar for a sweeter taste. 

Step - 2

Prepare Ahead: Refrigerate for 4–6 days in a secure container containing the ingredient.  

Note

Before adding the tomatoes to the blender, they should be seeded to prevent the salsa from becoming liquid.
