TACO CASSEROLE RECIPE

2 pounds ground beef ▢2 (1-ounce) packets taco seasoning ▢4 large eggs ▢¾ cups milk ▢1 ¼ cups biscuit / baking mix ▢dash black pepper ▢½ cup sour cream ▢2 cups chopped lettuce ▢¾ – 1 cup chopped tomato ▢2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ▢olives

Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 400°F is required.  

In a large skillet, brown the beef over medium heat, until no longer raw. Meat should be drained, taco seasoning added, and cooked per the instructions on the package.  

Step - 2

Place the meat in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish and reserve.  

Step - 3

Combine the milk and eggs in a large basin. Pepper and one-fourth cup biscuit mix should be incorporated with the mixture. Bake until the meat is golden brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.  

Step - 4

After a brief period of cooling, proceed to drizzle with sour cream.  

Step - 5

Add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and olives to the top.
