Taco-Filled Pasta Shells

– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain them and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Spoon the taco meat mixture into the cooked pasta shells, filling each shell generously.

Place the filled pasta shells in a greased baking dish in a single layer.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the filled pasta shells

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
